If your computer or mobile device with Ringorang® was lost or stolen, we recommend changing your password. You can change your password by going to another computer or smartphone, and installing the Ringorang® app again from http://install.ringorang.com or your smartphone's app store.  

Once you've installed the application, log in to your Ringorang® account and then tap or click on the Menu icon in the top left corner.  The Menu will slide out and you can select "My Profile" and then tap or click on the tab titled "Password".  Enter a new password and then select the "Update" button.  This will change your password and prevent anyone from accessing your account on any other device as well.
