Did you get a Confirmation email after you reset your password? If you are copying/pasting the password and/or username versus manually typing, you may be having a spacing issue when you are trying to login (e.g., [password] vs [password ]).

This is the email you get when you request a new password -- and you click the "Reset Your Password" link:
Then the link takes you to the webpage to enter your password 2x:
You then see this screen...
Now log back into the app with your Username and new Password. Again, we suggest you manually type them to ensure no spacing issues during copy/paste.
