Did you get a Confirmation email after you reset your password? You may be having a spacing issue when you are trying to login (e.g., [password] vs [password ]) if you are copying/pasting the password and/or username versus manually typing. Also, your Username is not your email address -- just in case you might be typing that as your username. Sometimes people type their email address into the Username field by mistake and can't get in!

This is the email you get when you request a new password -- and you click the "Set New Password" link:
Then the link takes you to the webpage to enter your password 2x:
You then see this screen...
And then you get this Confirmation email:
Now log back into the app with your Username and new Password. Again, we suggest you manually type them to ensure no spacing issues during copy/paste... and, remember: your email is NOT your username (unless you specifically made it so during signup).
