If you experience a freeze or a problem that persists, try first to simply CLOSE the app. Then RE-OPEN the app... 


  • If you have an iPhone, click the home button at the bottom of the phone, and then swipe away the app.  Then re-open it again.
  • If you your app is on a Windows computer, go to the drawer bottom-right tray (where there are hidden icons, such as "safe eject"); in Windows 10 it might be inside the “Hidden Icons” area which you can reach by clicking the large inverted arrow like this: ^.  Tap on the Ringorang icon. It will pop up a menu that says: “Open Ringorang”, “Start on Login”, and “Exit”. Use the EXIT to completely close the program.
  • If that doesn't work, try to sign out of the app (in the menu -- tap top left to find menu), and then re-sign into the app. 
  • If that doesn't work, try rebooting your device/computer (power off and then power on again) 
  • If that doesn't work, email us!
