I think someone has accessed my Account

We take the security of your account and information very seriously.
If you feel someone has accessed your account, the first thing to do is to change your account password. You will need to go to your My Profile page in the Ringorang App's Menu and change your password there.
If you are concerned that important information has been compromised or that your Challenge scores have been effected, please submit a support ticket or visit our Help Desk.
